Quality, Health, Safety and Environment: QHSE
The assurance of Quality in our services, the Health & Safety of personnel and the Environment are of course priorities for our company.
The organisation of services across the group and the deployment of our tools enables us to work together towards achieving all our objectives.
A well-organised QHSE system
Structured around six processes, enabling us to cover all our activities and business entities. Each process manager and co-manager is responsible for the dynamics of their process and for guaranteeing that the process is efficient and effective with continuous improvement.
All personnel involved in QHSE
Our group ensures that each employee is active in our QHSE system.
Whether in submitting bids for contracts or in support departments or during field activities, our approach involves all our personnel with responsibilities assigned to each level of hierarchy.
A department dedicated to QHSE issues
Whose role it is to manage and coordinate the deployment of the QHSE system through grass-roots actions and full support to works departments, by participating and relaying information to representative bodies.

We are certified by LLOYD’S Register in three QSE areas:
– ISO 9001:2015 since 1998
– ISO 14001:2015 since 2009
– ISO 45001:2015 since 2009
« Hyperbaric Works » certified company
According to 29th September 2017 decree, relating to hyperbaric works, Hydrokarst is certified: Hyperbaric works mention A and D.
This certification applies to underwater work and interventions in tunnel boring machines (dry hyperbaric). It attests our ability to maintain and provide ressources for carrying out hyperbaric work in safety conditions.
